Summer has flown by and now we’re heading into fall. I’m happy to say that Little Sprouts Gardening is catching on and that our fall sessions began Sept. 20. “Little Sprouts Gardening is a program where children are introduced to nature through stories, songs, art projects and gardening. Throughout the seasons, little ones and their parents learn about flowers, food, animals and insects as they explore the garden from top to bottom.” Little Sprouts Gardening classes are where children and parents or caregivers come to explore gardening throughout the seasons. In an intimate, small-group setting, families experience the wonders of a backyard garden and the many birds, butterflies, worms, beetles and other critters to be found in its urban habitat.
